For offices buying 2 to 200 computers at once

Three quotes.
One fair comparison.

Write one Request for Quote that every computer dealer answers line by line. Then type their replies in, and Level Quote levels them: anything a dealer left out is filled at the highest price another dealer asked, so the cheapest-looking quote is not cheaper by omission.

From a question to a decision, in four moves

  1. 01

    Write the request

How many, what kind, which Windows edition, memory, storage, screens, warranty and services. Out comes numbered lines with Must marks and the conditions every dealer must meet.

  2. 02

    Send it yourself

Print it or copy it into your own email to each dealer. Level Quote never contacts anyone, and no dealer pays to be here.

  3. 03

    Type in the replies

One form per dealer, the same lines every time: quoted, substituted or left out, with the unit price, plus shipping, tax, fees and the model's details.

  4. 04

    Level and decide

Levelled totals, cost per seat and per seat-year, and every Stop, Caution and Note. Print an Award memo that records why you chose.

What levelling catches

Every flag is a published rule, not an opinion about a dealer. The full list is on How it levels.

  • Stop

Offers Windows 11 Home. Home cannot join Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID; these computers need Pro.

  • Stop

Offers Windows 10. Microsoft ended Windows 10 support on October 14, 2025.

  • Caution

8 GB memory; the request asked for at least 16 GB.

  • Caution

Depot (send-in) warranty; the request asked for on-site service.

  • Caution

Delivers 9 days after you need them.

  • Note

Docking station not quoted: the highest price another dealer quoted for it, times 8, added.

Plain answers

Is Level Quote a computer dealer?

No. Despite the address, Level Quote sells nothing, lists no products and shows no dealer's prices. It is a tool for the buyer. It is run by WeldonPC, which also sells IT services; WeldonPC gets no placement or advantage here.

Does it send my request to dealers?

No. You print the request or copy it into your own email. Level Quote sends no mail at all.

Why plug a missing line at the highest price?

Because the point of levelling is that a quote cannot look cheaper by leaving things out. Using the highest price another dealer quoted is the cautious choice; you can always ask the dealer for the missing line and type the real price in.

Where do the memory and storage suggestions come from?

They are Level Quote's own rule of thumb (16 GB and 512 GB for office work, 32 GB and 1 TB for heavy or creative work), shown as such, and you can change them. The Windows facts come from Microsoft: Windows 11 needs TPM 2.0, Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025, and Windows 11 Home cannot join Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
